The prices of old condominiums fell by 1.3 per cent in Greater Helsinki and by 0.7 per cent in the entire country between July and September, according to preliminary data released by Statistics Finland on Tuesday. Elina Vuorio, a senior official at Statistics Finland, cautions against drawing too far-reaching conclusions on the basis of price developments over a single quarter.
