British pop music icon Elton John is bringing his "The Red Piano" show to Finland in the autumn. He will perform in the Helsinki Arena on Saturday, October 10th.
Elton John was slated to appear at the same venue last December, but the gig had to be cancelled at very short notice owing to the artist's coming down with laryngitis and bronchitis.
It was not possible to reschedule the date in that particular tour.
Sir Elton John (he was knighted for his charitable work in 1998) has sold more than 250 million records worldwide.
His reworking of an earlier composition, Candle In The Wind, sold 33 million copies after it was released in 1997 following the death of Diana, Princess of Wales.
Ticket sales for the Elton John concert will begin at Lippupiste from 25th May.
