Helsinki ranked second in survey on personal safety and security

Helsinki has been ranked as the world’s number two city in personal safety, right after Luxembourg.
      The world-wide quality of life survey, put out by Mercer Human Resource Consulting, ranked the Iraqi capital Baghdad as the most unsafe.
      The survey examined the crime situation and internal stability in 215 communities around the world.
      Sharing the number-two spot with Helsinki were the Swiss cities of Bern, Geneva, and Zurich.
