Finland’s Parliament is open for the public on Monday, August 20th and on Tuesday, August 21st.
On Monday Open House is in the 76-year-old Parliament House from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. The address is Mannerheimintie 30. For entrance, visitors are asked to use the door leading to the public gallery. This door is located to the left of the main entrance.

Visitors may walk around in the Parliament House at their own pace. They are free to visit for example the plenary session hall and cabinet chambers. The staff will be available to tell about the premises and about how Parliament works.
Tuesday’s Open House is in the 3-year-old Parliament Annex at Arkadiankatu 3 from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. In this so-called "Little Parliament" complex, visitors will have access to the premises of the Grand Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee, as well as to the main auditorium.
The Library of Parliament, housing a centennial exhibition of the Finnish Parliament, will also be open on Monday and Tuesday until 6.00 p.m. Admission to the library is free.
The Parliament of Finland celebrates its centenary in 2006 and 2007, and the open doors exercise is a centennial event.
However, there is hardly any chance of running into a Member of Parliament and pigeonholing him or her on questions of import during a tour, as all MPs are on summer vacation until the end of August.
