Russian diplomat who criticised Finland back in Helsinki

The number-two man at the Russian Embassy in Helsinki, Vyacheslav Tuchnin, returned to his post on Monday.
"I had a short holiday, and I am now back at work", Tuchnin told the Finnish News Agency STT by telephone.
Last week there was speculation that his sudden departure from Helsinki might have been linked with sharp criticism that he had levelled against Finland.
In late September Tuchnin had spoken about difficulties in relations between Finland and Russia.
"We can talk. We have democracy in Russia", Tuchnin said on Monday.
He also emphasised that there is "no crisis" in the relationship between Finland and Russia.
"Relations are just different from what they were before."
