Tapani Tölli, Centre Party: "March 22nd. The most important issue on Wednesday was the extraordinary Party Congress, which was also visited by Minister of Finance Heinäluoma. All of us spoke directly and without hesitation, but quite frankly. I feel that the table was cleared relatively well."
Lyly Rajala, National Coalition Party: "March 22nd. Susanna Rahkonen promised to kiss every man who supports the criminalisation of the purchase of sex. Does she believe that a man would want her to kiss him?"
Per Löv, Swedish People's Party: "March 16th. Hey! I started my day with such a heavy exercise regimen that a small muscle in my thigh broke. So now it's off to the clinic. Well, it will get better. It is so important to stay in shape that a little sports injury now and then is no problem."
Suvi-Anne Siimes, Left Alliance: "March 28th. It was great to be in Ukraine during the elections. The party system is certainly still quite chaotic, and all kinds of things are available for money, such as a good spot on the list of almost any party - and in practice, a sure seat in Parliament."
Tuula Haatainen, SDP: "February 4th. I have tried to work away my excess waistline with some stomach exercises, but to no avail. With the help of Pilates I can find the deep stomach muscles and the right way to breathe. After an hour, the feeling is quite heavenly. For once, I am pleased with myself. Amazing!"
Bjarne Kallis Christian Democratic Party: "March 27th. An item on the television news about text messages sent by the Prime Minister, and about how he is considering legal action against a newspaper caused me to wonder considerably. Without knowing all of the details, I dare say that the result of a trial would be a 6-0 defeat for Vanhanen.
Jyrki Kasvi, Green League: "March 30th. Good thing that Sauli Niinistö was not elected President. If he had been, it would have been necessary to build huts along the road to Mäntyniemi for the yellow press, and every female going in or out would have faced the third degree."
