Veteran rocker Tina Turner is to visit Finland in April. She will give two concerts in the Hartwall Arena on April 23rd and 24th.
Turner's previous appearance on Finnish soil was back in 2000, as part of her Twenty Four Seven world tour. At that time she said that the stadium tour would be her last.
Last autumn, the 69-year-old nevertheless reversed her plans and made a return to the stage in North America, selling out a 37-concert tour.
She opened her European tour with a gig in Cologne in mid-January.
Tina Turner, an eight-time Grammy Award winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, is one of the most successful female recording artists of all time, with album sales in excess of 180 million copies.
Tickets for the two April dates will come on sale through Lippupalvelu from February 2nd.
