Antti Manninen, the journalist behind the popular Helsingin Sanomat series of articles on demolished buildings in the Finnish capital, believes many grievous errors were made in the design of the block on the corner of Kalevankatu and the city's main thoroughfare Mannerheimintie. Manninen's articles have now been compiled in a book, published last week.
