Although Estonia's EU membership did not lead to a flood of foreign labour to Finland, the ships from Helsinki to Tallinn are generally full of Estonians every Friday. On Friday last week, construction worker Marti Kiisler was the last passenger to get on board the Linda Line hydrofoil.
