A Finnish man is being held on suspicion of the sexual exploitation of 445 Thai boys, mostly aged between 10 and 13, over a 15-year period from 1989. Thailand is seen as the destination of choice for paedophiles, and police believe the arrested man's case is by no means an isolated incident.
