Josef Strauss, an Austrian paper worker attending a meeting of the European Works Council (EWC) of Stora Enso, took part in a meeting in Helsinki. The Finnish labour dispute in the pulp and paper industry in Finland could lead to industrial action in paper factories owned by Stora Enso in other European countries.
