Helsinki's Mayor Jussi Pajunen takes a moonlit dip in Töölönlahti. One
member of the public who also showed up for the occasion commented
acidly that he felt he had to come, as it was "probably the last chance
I'll get of swimming in muddy porridge". It is hoped the sea-water pipe
and pumping system will gradually improve water quality in the inlet.
