The graph indicates estimated unemployment rates among various nationalities of immigrants in Finland. The highest is 78.1% among Sudanese, and the lowest is among the Japanese, with just 8.0% out of work. The average unemployment rate for all immigrants is 27.7%.
Finland has about 110,000 foreign residents, which is about two percent of the whole population. In May this year, 36,700 of Finland's immigrant population had jobs, while 14,000 were unemployed. The rest are outside of the workforce: children, students, and the elderly.
The names of the nationalities of the immigrant groups on the graph are in Finnish next to the national flag in question. Venäjä = Russia, Viro = Estonia, Yhdysvallat = USA, Ruotsi = Sweden, Kiina = China, Unkari = Hungary. The rest should be self-evident.
