Finland were for once quite well supported on their travels. Around 2,000 Finnish fans were in the stadium, including this quintet of Mika (left), Kim, Marko, Tapani, and Reijo Junna, seen in downtown Brussels before the match. The numbers were swelled by a good many ex-pat Finns who work in Belgium, for instance at the EU. One blogger (see link) suggested heretically that the attraction of Belgium's estimable beer assortment was also responsible for the larger-than-usual travelling support.
