In Helsinki trolleybuses used to operate on the route 14 between Eira and Meilahti. The photo is from 1979. Now the city is to examine the prospect of reintroducing such forms of transport, as well as bringing in a pilot scheme for hybrid electric-diesel buses in the capital.
