Sergei and Tatjana Nechkhaev are returning home to St. Petersburg after a few days’ vacation in Helsinki and Tallinn. They say that no police officers have paid them the slightest attention. They would not be overly surprised if they were asked for documents, as it is a common enough practice in St. Petersburg. But they think it would be rude and impolite if the police start snooping.
