Tero Pitkämäki (left) shows his Norwegian rival Andreas Thorkildsen just how much and how little one centimetre is. Pitkämäki threw 85.20 with his opening and only effort in Berlin, while Thorkildsen managed 85.19 with his last throw. The two are genuinely good friends, despite being intense rivals at the top of the world javelin heap.
