Matti Juhani Saari, the man believed to have shot and killed at least nine students at a college in Western Finland on Tuesday, was earlier seen practising with his pistol in a video posted on the Internet. Police interviewed Saari in connection with threatening videos posted on the Net, but could find no cause to take further action.
