Mika Kallio will ride for the Ducati satellite team in the MotoGP premier class next season. The announcement of a contract for 2009 was long anticipated, but came at a good moment, as on the track in Malaysia Kallio did not have things all his own way - he was forced to retire with engine problems in the 250cc race.
