Stora Enso's Summa Mill in Hamina. The facility, which was designed in part by Finnish architect Alvar Aalto, served for 53 years, making newsprint and magazine paper, before the company shut it down in January 2008. Now it is to be used as a server centre by the search engine giant Google, who have acquired the property in a EUR 40 million deal.
