This is as close as it got to an encounter in the ring: Nikolai Valuyev (left) and Ruslan Chagayev faced each other at Friday's weigh-in, but the bout was cancelled on Friday night after Chagayev had failed a medical. At 213 cm and 143 kg, Nikolai Valuyev is the world's tallest and heaviest professional boxing champion - hence the billing of "revenge of the giant". The bout is now likely to be fought out in court rather than in the boxing ring, as Chagayev's promoter team are considering taking legal action over the incident.
