Sami Hyypiä was in thoughtful mood as he left the field after the 3-0 defeat. He suggested he might consider hanging up his international boots even before the end of this World Cup campaign, if qualification becomes an impossibility. Right now it remains improbable, and would require some serious slip-ups from Germany and Russia, the two front-runners.
