A year ago construction company YIT managed to erect the basement floor of an apartment building in Leppäsuo, before putting the project on hold. Originally the building was supposed to house 45 flats with an average size of 92 square metres. The new plans include 66 flats, and the average dwelling size has gone down to 63 square metres.
