After the Forest Summit, Prime Ministers Matti Vanhanen (left) and Vladimir Putin opened the still unfinished Finland House in St. Petersburg. When the building is fully completed, one of those moving in will be Mira Pitkänen (right), Director of the Finnish St. Petersburg Institute.
