Finland heads the table of female bosses in the workplace. The figures are drawn from selected EU countries in 2005, and show Finland with 39%, ahead of Estonia, Sweden, Great Britain, Slovenia, Denmark, France, the average for the 27 EU members, Austria, Germany, and Italy, where the figure is less than half of that in Finland.
