On Tuesday, Kari Koivunurmi (left) of the Finnish Construction Trade Union visited a building under renovation in Käpylä, which is owned by the City of Helsinki. Mikk Manillets and Reiko Kuusk (right) are Estonians working for the one of the subcontractors in the project.
