Tappara icon Janne Ojanen, 41, scored his first international goal against the Soviet Union in 1987, when some of his current teammates were not yet born. Last November he became the all-time highest scorer in the Finnish SM-Liiga. He is still playing on, and has hopes of another Finnish Championship title, which would be his fourth. He has not yet decided what will happen next season.
