Leena Koskimies suggests that the residential parking zones in Helsinki’s inner city could be subject to a charge until 6:00 p.m., and free after that. She parked her car in the yard of the Töölö Sports Hall on Monday. The sticker on the inside of the windscreen announces that she is a resident in this part of town.
