Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen (NCP) has admitted that it is possible that “certain parts” of the planned law on the organisation of social welfare and health care services may require further revisions or constitutional scrutiny. Katainen said on Thursday that the Government will re-assess the proposal after considering the comments of municipalities that are due by midnight today.
