Workplace well-being cannot be restored simply by addressing problems and rectifying deficiencies, states Elina Ravantti, a specialist in well-being at work at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (TTL). “After you get rid of the malaise, you have only reached the starting point. More must be done to be able to talk about well-being at work,” she stresses.
