Erkki Tuomioja (SDP), the Minister for Foreign Affairs, on the one hand estimates that the recent actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are justifiable but, on the other, reminds that evaluating such actions is hardly straightforward. “The Ukrainian Government is responsible for what takes place in the country. It has the obligation to restore order and to remove weapons from insurgent hands,” states Tuomioja.
