Finns are set to spend roughly 50 euros less on their summer holidays than a year ago, indicates a survey commissioned by Nordea, a Nordic financial services provider. On an average, Finnish households are planning on spending 1,442 euros on their holidays.

Finns to cut back on holiday spending
In the Helsinki region, however holiday budgets have grown by 75 euros from the previous year to 1,990 euros. Families with children are similarly planning on spending some 300 euros more than average on their summer holidays.
