Roughly one thousand people from all across Finland are expected to turn out in downtown Helsinki on Wednesday tto participate in a protest organised by the Finnish Police Federation (SPJL). The protest is scheduled to start at the Helsinki Music Centre at 1pm and to end at the Senate Square. In addition to police officers, people employed by the judicial system and the Emergency Response Centre are expected to turn out to express their concerns about the shortage of police resources.
